Refund policy

Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Velvele Store sells digital products (e.g., After Effects templates, project files, and related assets). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once access has been provided.

No returns for digital downloads
All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Technical issues (we will help)
If you cannot access your download or the files are defective due to an error on our side, contact us at hello@velvele.store within 14 days of purchase with:

  • your order number
  • the email used at checkout
  • a brief description of the problem (screenshots help)

We will provide support to resolve the issue. If we cannot reasonably fix the issue or provide access, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Wrong purchase / license mismatch
If you purchased the wrong license tier, contact us before using the product in a way that exceeds your license. We may offer a paid upgrade path (where feasible). Misuse of a product outside the purchased license is not eligible for a refund.

EU/EEA/UK digital content notice (right of withdrawal)
If you are an EU/EEA/UK consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right can be lost once performance begins (i.e., once you receive instant access/download), if you expressly consent and acknowledge this at checkout. By purchasing a digital product with immediate delivery enabled, you agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided.

Chargebacks and fraud
If we detect fraudulent activity or abuse (including unauthorized chargebacks), we may suspend access to downloads and deny future purchases. We may request reasonable verification of purchase and identity to resolve disputes.
