We do not warrant that the products will meet your specific expectations, workflow requirements, or compatibility needs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software and technical environment to use the product.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. After acceptance, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests, especially where digital access is delivered immediately.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

All products are delivered digitally (for example via download link, customer account access, or email confirmation). No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery timing may vary due to technical factors, platform availability, security checks, or payment verification. If you experience access issues, contact us and we will provide reasonable support.

We are not responsible for problems caused by third-party outages or issues outside our control (e.g., payment processor downtime, email delivery issues, local network restrictions).

Our Services and products, including all text, graphics, previews, templates, project files, assets, and documentation, are owned by Velvele and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Velvele’s name, logos, product names, and designs may be trademarks of Velvele. Shopify’s name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

You may be provided access to third-party tools through the Services. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for issues arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

Velvele is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Velvele. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Velvele, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Velvele.

To the extent permitted by law, Velvele’s total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velvele and Shopify and their affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of the License Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your violation of third-party rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 19 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies referenced herein (including Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and License Terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
